All products are inspected prior to shipping for any manufacturing defects. Products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects. For defects reported within 90 days of shipment, we will issue a FedEx call tag to pick up the defective item at our expense and repair or replace the item. In the case of a broken caster, we will not issue a call tag to pick up the ottoman, but will send replacement casters and screws to the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase so that we can help you. Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value. Customized orders cannot be returned due to their uniqueness.

Just what I needed for my small condo in downtown Chicago. Plenty of storage for linens. I use as a coffee table and it works great. The wheels are terrific. I can't think of anything that I don't like about it. The only "con" would be that replacing the lid after removing it is awkward due to it's size. It's hard to tell when its on right, but that's so minor compared to the benefits. Color was great! A great purchase.

This ottoman is awesome. It is big enough to hold several blankets. The heavy duty construction makes it well worth the price. The only con I can think of is the storage lid is not on hinges and it is very heavy, so you have to be careful when getting a blanket out of the storge. I ordered navy and it matches my leather navy chair perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase.
