The pictures were a true depiction of the product. It was easy to assemble. The only drawback was the length since I wanted it to store patio furniture cushions. I could have used another 5-6 inches, but it was the longest one I could find anywhere. Also like the storage tray.

I bought this to keep our outdoor cushions in. Can not use it for that since it fits together so poorly that it will not keep water out. Even the lid will not line up to close properly. There is a notch on the actual box for a lock, but no place to put it through the lid. All pieces are flimsy, and all the tabs had to be trimmed to even snap 'in place'... for lack of a better word. I will need to purchase a different box to keep things in. This one will go in the garage since it can not be used out in the elements. Very sad....

All of our cushions fit into this storage bin and it fits perfectly under our pool slide. It's also great extra seating.

Bought this for my sunroom so I can't say if it keeps water out, but it is the biggest deck box I have ever seen. Easily fits the cushions for the porch swing, pool supplies, lawn games and a 9 year old - all at once! Only negatives are that while it was easy to put together, the seams don't come fully together in all places and the top doesn't sit right automatically - you have to shift it into place. Comfortable to sit/lie down on but even adult legs will dangle :)

expected more than I got. there was some shipping damage on a corner. flimsier than I expected. biggest disappointment was it does not seal well to keep out rain.

A: It can take a padlock. There is a notch on the front of the box, at the top, that a padlock will fit into while connecting to the lid.
