I bought this to replace my glass coffe table (I have a one year old & it just wasn't working). I just put it together & it does look like the picture & looks expensive considering. I have a full black leather couch, loveseat, & chez lounge set that was very expensive. This ottoman is faux, so it has more shine to it and less grain, but it's a pretty good match. However, if you are extremely picky, you may think that next to real black leather it doesn't quite match. But lots of leathers are different grains and textures as well so it doesn't necessarily look faux. I would think it were real if I didn't know better. The storage is shallow, which I knew from other reviews. It sits a bit higher than it looks in the photo which isn't a bad thing; I was just surprised. You have to screw on the legs which only takes a few minutes. Overall, a good buy.[...]. Doesn't look like it will last forever, but what does these days...

Quick delivery. Very attractive and easy to put together. Larger than I expected, which is good because I am using it in the livingroom & placing in front of my sofa. The only flaw was that the bottom/underside of the bench had a torn hole in the fabric.

I Was happy with bench it looks nice and was good for the foot of the bed. Just would have been happier if it was bigger!!
