An African-inspired piece, the Kiara Upholstered Storage Bench is a bench with a quiet strength. Use this as a fireside addition to your lodge-inspired living room, or as an understated accent to a Hemingway-esque office. The solid wood frame is skirted with deep black faux-leather (as handsome as real leather, but easier on the environment and to clean) and features a woven-fabric tiger-stripe patterned top. The bench top is foam-padded and lifts on reinforced-hinges to reveal a hollow interior for storage. Each leg is stained in ebony to match the rest of the piece and features individually hammered steel nails as an accent. Piece weighs a stout 76 lbs. Uttermost provides this product with a one-year manufacturer's warranty.
