I looked for a long time for a bench to put in the foyer, in furniture stores and on line. MAny were either too cheap looking, poorly designed or too expensive. I was thrilled to find this one on Bench.com. This bench was perfect, made of real wood, very sturdy, looks expensive yet very affordable. Great value. We put shoes in the shelves at the entry way since we don't wear shoes inside. And the shoes are hidden away and don't look messy in the foyer. The seat is perfect to place bags and mail, or for sitting down. We place one of the baskets on top of the bench to put the kids' mittens and scarves in. Very happy with this purchase.

I received the bench and checked the box several times for instructions--none to be found! It was not impossible to do but they would have been helpful and made the process easier & quicker. The final product is sturdy and nice-looking although the edges are not that well made.

This bench is just what I wanted next to our back door. The baskets are good size to hold dog leashes, gloves and such. Looks great and is very sturdy.

Just what I have been looking for in my front entryway. Good overall size; would have liked larger baskets, but the shelf is a bonus.

Baskets are very well made, easy to assemble and looks nice. My shoes are mens 9.5 and won't really fit in the basket and pretty much fills the shelf front to back. It would help if it were deeper.
