I received my bench on Tuesday and I couldn't wait to put it together. My husband and I assembled it in the evening and I love it. I purchased it to use for laundry and also for a bench so we don't sit on the bed. I'm waiting for the cushion. I am so pleased with my purchases from Hayneedle. Every one I have spoken to has been so very helpful. I did have a small problem with one of the items I bought and they took care of it immediately. I would recommend Hayneedle, and I have, to friends. Love you, thanks again. Marie D.

I ordered the optional cushion for the Morgan Bench I had previously purchased. When it arrived the size was off by 2 inches in each direction making it unusable. I spoke with 2 customer service reps and got no satisfaction. The last rep I spoke with indicated she would check with the manufacturer and determine if the correct size could be sent to me. I have left 2 voice mails since and the rep has failed to call me back or email me which she promised to do. She had given me her extension number to allow me to reach her directly if she failed to call me. At the time of the last call I made I was told the rep that she was in the office. I left a voice mail asking to be called. I am totally disguested at this point and would not order from hayneedle again.
It concerns me that in order to submit this review I must agree to allow hayneedle to exclude my review if they find it to be inappropriate.

This cushion is supposed to fit exactly on the bench it is pictured with...and it does not. The cushion is about 4 inches too long and about an inch too wide. Quite disappointing...

Does not fit the bench very well; not like the photo showed. It is too big; a little too long and definitely too wide.

This bench is a very attractive piece of furniture and has a quality construction feel. It looks so nice in my entryway and because it is more narrow than most benches, it doesn't protrude into the main entrance area. Looks just like the picture advertised. Very satisfied!
